Salaam alaykum brothers and sisters. Due to the increasing number of members on the muslim forum group and in an attempt to reduce the clogging of our mail boxes with responses to islamic messages and issues raised in the forum, I decided to come up with a forum for muslims to come together and share views, knowledge and inform each other about happenings in the islamic world in particular and in the world at large.
This is open to peoples suggestions whether it is something we really need or not.
To this end, I implore those of us who have messages that they like other fellow muslims get and possibly reply to start posting. Brother Shakir Salam, Brother Babatunde Ogunleye, Sister Idayat and other regular posters to post some of their messages here and I also implore other members of the Muslim forum to join the Naija Muslim Forum. The intention is actually to serve as an interface where muslims can meet and exchange views.
I'm open to suggestions and opinion as to how best to manage the forum if we eventually decide to go ahead and be part of it.
